Prime Rib –Dusted with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic then slow cooked
for hours and served with au jus
Chicken Saltimbocca – Pan Seared and topped with Proscuitto ham, spinach and provolone with sweet vermouth and butter sauce
Grouper Nina – Sautéed with black olives, capers, red onion and tomato
in a lemon butter sauce
All entrées accompanied by sugar snap peas
and Yukon lemon mashed potatoes

Double Chocolate and Raspberry Cake
The price per person would be $35.00 to include tax, 18% service charge and all non alcoholic beverages.
N.B. Rotarian’s net amount is $23.00 if you pay your lunches by the quarter.
